Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision including colour, style or size. This is because all personalised items are made to order and cannot be re-sold.
Other items
We will exchange unembroidered items provided that:
- Items are returned in their original condition and have not been worn or used, damaged after delivery, and no attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
- Returns are made within 14 days from the time you receive the goods
- All products are returned in their original condition.
Note, All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Personalised Pet Collars will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at sales@petcollars.com.au so that we can help to resolve any problems. We take pride in the standard of our products which are made from high quality and durable materials and are consistently complemented by our customers as being hardwearing. That being said, they are not indestructible - please ensure your pets are not left to chew collars, leads and harnesses etc.
