How do I measure my dog for the right collar size?
Measure around your dog's neck with a soft tape where the collar sits, then add about two fingers of room. Each product page lists the neck range for that size, and our team is happy to help if your dog is between sizes.
Is my dog's name and number really embroidered into the collar?
Yes. This is an embroidered dog collar with name and phone number stitched into the webbing itself, not a printed label or a separate hanging tag. That is what makes it a dog collar without tag jingle or a tag to lose.
Is it safe to put my phone number on the collar?
You choose exactly what to include. Many owners add a first name and a mobile number so a finder can call them, with no home address shown. You are in control of the details you approve before we stitch them.
Will the embroidery fade or wear off?
The name is stitched thread, made to be machine washable and to handle everyday wear. Customers regularly tell us their collars still look good after years of walks, swims and washes.
Can I still add a metal ID tag if I want one?
