Once your order is placed, our designer will be in touch within 1-2 days with your Portrait for approval, or with any questions. From there you will have 7 days to request changes or approve the design. Once approved, we will send your portrait into production. You can expect to receive your order within 10-14 days after that.
Note, if your order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday then your portrait design will be worked on from the following Monday. Do check your junk email folders for updates from info@personalisedpet.com.au and mark our emails as "safe" to avoid the risk of our emails hitting your junk folders in future.
