Step 1: Upload a high-quality photo of your pet – make sure it's well-lit with your pet's face and chest in view for the best result.

Step 2: Choose from 4 unique background styles that complement your pet’s photo.

Step 3: Place your order and let us handle the rest. You’ll receive your customised tote in just 10-14 days.

Once your order is placed, our designer will be in touch within 1-2 days with your tote bag design for approval, or with any questions. From there you will have 7 days to request changes or approve the design. Once approved, we will send your tote bag into production. You can expect to receive your order within 10-14 days after that.

Note, if your order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday then your tote bag design will be worked on from the following Monday. Do check your junk email folders for updates from sales@petcollars.com.au and mark our emails as "safe" to avoid the risk of our emails hitting your junk folders in future.
