Step 1: Upload Your Photo – Choose a high-quality image of your pet taken in natural light or a well-lit room, showing their face and upper body for the best outcome.

Step 2: Approve the Design – We’ll send you a preview within 1-2 days for approval, and any requested adjustments can be made.

Step 3: Receive Your Sweatshirt – Once approved, your custom sweatshirt will be printed and delivered to you. Expect your order within 10-14 days.

Once your order is placed, our designer will be in touch within 1-2 days with your sweatshirt design for approval, or with any questions. From there you will have 7 days to request changes or approve the design. Once approved, we will send your sweatshirt into production. You can expect to receive your order within 10-14 days after that.

Note, if your order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday then your sweatshirt design will be worked on from the following Monday. Do check your junk email folders for updates from info@personalisedpet.com.au and mark our emails as "safe" to avoid the risk of our emails hitting your junk folders in future.
